Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Tsilivi che a mio parere è uno dei punti più comodi per raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia dell’isola. Vicino all’ appartamento sono presenti numerosi supermercati ben forniti e ristoranti. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la comodità, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del Wi-Fi e della Smart tv. Abbiamo trovato leggermente scomodo il piano cottura tuttavia siamo comunque riuscite a preparare i pranzi per tutta la settimana. Inoltre Karlien ci ha procurato una macchina a noleggio a un prezzo accessibile e con assicurazione inclusa. Consigliamo vivamente la permanenza qui.

Vacanza a Cefalonia. Che rivelazione è stata la nostra permanenza a Skala sull’isola di Cefalonia in Grecia. Attraverso l’organizzazione Authentic Greece eravamo ospiti negli in Authentic Greece Regina Blue, una struttura/villa molto curata suddivisa in diversi appartamentini monolocale con balcone o con terrazza, praticamente sugli scogli e con una vista spettacolare sul mare. Intorno alla casa ampi spazi per mangiare fuori o fare un barbeque. Pur essendo vicino al centro di Skala il luogo era tranquillissimo dove l’unica musica è quello delle onde! Il centro di Scala, delizioso paese dove non manca nulla ed offre una varietà di Taverne e ristoranti, nonché supermercati e farmacia, distà 2 km dalla struttura. La bellissima spiaggia di Skala è lunghissima ed offre sia spiagge libere che spiagge ben attrezzate con lettini ed ombrelloni a prezzi convenienti. L’organizzazione della nostra permanenza è stato perfetto, già all’arrivo ci aspettava il noleggiatore dell’automobile che in pochi minuti con un sorriso ci ha consegnato la macchina compreso nel pacchetto. Ottimo pure l’assistenza in caso di necessità. Ringraziamo la Signora Karlien per averci consigliato ed assistito in maniera eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente a Cefalonia!

Een plek waar de rust je overkomt,. Prachtige vergezichten over een helder blauwe zee. De stilte die alleen verstoord wordt door het geruis van de zee. Het ontbijt wordt opgelicht door een stralende zonsopgang. Op de prachtige zandstranden inspanning afgewisseld met ontspanning. Met bijzondere uitstapjes het Griekse leven ontdekt. Authentic Greece heb ik ervaren, dankjewel daarvoor. Tot volgend jaar!

We hadden een appartement, no 11, van Arvanitakis appartementen, net ten noorden van Tsilivi.
Het appartement vonden we wel erg basic. Toch heeft ons dat niet gehinderd om een fijne vakantie te hebben.
Mooi uitzicht op zee, een fijn balkonnetje waarop we heel wat uren hebben doorgebracht.
Alles was goed verzorgd, tot en met speciaal op ons verzoek aangeschafte koffiezetapparaat ! Echt top.
Goed bed, prima geslapen. De auto was inclusief, en ook prima en flexibel geregeld.

Alloggio veramente vicino alla spiaggia di tsilivi(una delle più belle di zante a mio avviso) dove si trovano tanti stabilimenti balneari e bar/ristoranti che a prezzi economici forniscono servizi di prima qualità. L’abitazione ha un bel giardino e sorge in un luogo tranquillo anche se è in centro al paese. Veramente un’ottima esperienza!

The apartment is 3-5 min from the beach and that's great! It's cosy, with a small veranda in front of which there are flowers and plants (a little garden). If you have any questions or whatever there's always Anna nearby who is very hospitable and will help you with everything. The place, Planos (Tsilibi), is quiet and ideal for still relaxing vacations.

Perfect accommodation for a couple visiting Zakynthos. Sea view, close to the beach. Tsilivi is a wonderful little town and can easily be explored by foot. The apartment was perfect, absolutely immaculate and cleaned daily, incredible location, a stones throw from the most stunning beach,. I had a sea view from my balcony. The surrounding gardens are beautiful, such good value for money, a real gem. The location is very central, but tucked away, consequently, very quiet. Dieses Apartment kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen! Wir haben fast die ganze Insel abgeklappert und können überzeugt sagen, dass die Wohnung sich am dem besten Ort befindet. Nur einen gefühlten Katzensprung weit vom Strand, Bars und Restaurants entfernt und gleich die Straße hoch ein Supermarkt. Karlien hat uns die besten Reisetipps gegeben und war zu jeder Zeit persönlich zu erreichen. Liebe Karlien, sollte uns der Weg noch einmal nach Zakynthos führen, halte uns bitte ein Bett frei!!! :-)

Hallo Karlien. Alles is zeer goed verlopen : iemand van de verhuurfirma van de wagens stond ons op te wachten op de luchthaven en bracht ons naar hun kantoor, daar kregen we een gemakkelijke en goede C3 Citroën toegewezen. Eens in Skalá zijn we terecht gekomen bij het restaurant Mikelatos en Georgina heeft ons naar ons appartement gebracht waar alles aanwezig was wat we nodig hadden. Georgina zelf was heel behulpzaam en zeker bereid voor een babbeltje. Wanneer we iets nodig zouden hebben, konden we het altijd laten weten. De zaterdag hadden we dan ons ‘cooking experience’ bij Vasiliki en Georgio, heel aangename mensen, Vasiliki spreekt perfect Frans en vlot Engels. Het eten dat we bereidden was zeer lekker en de uitleg die we meekregen hebben we reeds thuis kunnen gebruiken. In de loop van de week hebben we verschillende plaatsen kunnen bezoeken op het eiland en vooral genoten van het aangename klimaat en eten. De vesting in Kástro, de hoofdstad Argostóli, het kuststadje Póros met zijn oudste klooster, het klooster van Ag. Gerássimos met de wijn coöperatieve, een cruise met Captain Vangelis naar Fiskárdo en de Melissánigrot. Wat vooral aangenaam is op Kefallonia, is dat iedereen Engels kan spreken, een grote hulp in een land met een taal die voor mij onbegrijpelijk is. Het enige nadeel voor ons is de reis naar Kefallonia : wij kunnen enkel in Düsseldorf vertrekken met het vliegtuig en dat is toch nog een heel eind rijden voor ons. Maar daar kunnen jullie natuurlijk niets aan doen. Misschien zijn er meer mogelijkheden in het hoogseizoen ? Wij zijn heel tevreden over de organisatie van Authentic Greece, bedankt.

Itaka piccolina, si visita presto. Kephalonia è più grande con il monte Enos esteso su e buona parte dell’isola. Lunghe passeggiate fra profumi, colori e suoni il tutto condito con un caldo secco di 30° piacevolissimo. Spiagge x tutti i gusti. Abbiamo visto nascere le tartarughine che intrepide si sono dirette verso il grande mare. Un’emozione!. Alloggio: bella posizione, fronte mare, casa confortevole con un grande giardino e possibilità di stare all’aperto sia in giardino che sulla terrazza. Servizio buono anche se non regolare, pulito. Delle chaiselongues (sedie a sdraio) sarebbero gradite per un relax in giardino o sulle grandi terrazze. Karlien molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile a dare informazioni sull’isola.

Vacanza a Cefalonia e Itaca, una bella scoperta!
Sono stata a settembre con amici a Cefalonia, e abbiamo soggiornato a Skala. L’isola è veramente bella con tante spiagge diverse ma anche molto montagnosa e verde. È consigliabile avere una automobile per gli spostamenti. Noi abbiamo alternato belle passeggiate ed escursioni a relax sulla spiaggia. A settembre l’isola è sicuramente meno affollata, il mare è bellissimo e la temperatura ottima. Skala è un’ottima base di soggiorno: offre tutti i servizi e una varietà di lunghe spiagge di ghiaietta o sabbia. Da non perdere l’escursione alla mitica Itaca di Ulisse!

Authentic Greece heeft voor ons een prachtige rondreis uitgestippeld. Wij zijn begonnen in Athene (schitterend hotel met uitzicht op de Akropolis). Mooie stad, veel te zien en je kunt urenlang ronddwalen in de kleine straatjes van Plaka. Peloponnesos is echt een fantastisch stukje Griekenland. Nog veel authentieke kleine dorpjes, kleine tavernes, prachtige baaitjes, lekker eten ......En wat een vriendelijke mensen. De laatste dagen zaten we in een prachtig app. op Zakynthos. Lange zandstranden, boottochtje, schildpadden en relaxen. Wij hebben genoten van deze reis, alles prima geregeld, hotels (de 1 nog mooier dan de andere), autohuur en natuurlijk een routebeschrijving met tips voor de bezienswaardigheden tijdens de rondreis.

Il residence dove sono stato ospitato è un posto favoloso vicino al mare ma nello stesso tempo silenzioso , ottimo il servizio come pure la proprietaria persona disponibile e sensibile alle esigenze delle persone molto attenta che tutto fosse perfetto e perfettamente pulito . L’organizzazione del viaggio da parte di Authentic Greece è stata impeccabile e senza intoppi , la differenza la fa chi conosce bene l’isola e sa come consigliarti dalle spiagge luoghi ai ristoranti. Certamente questo mare blu mi ha colpito , ci debbo ritornare.

The apartment is as described. We found it to be very clean and very nice. My family of four found the apartment very comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio area! The beach is very close to the apartment as are a few restaurants. We arrived in late October so most places were closed for the season. If you want to go to town or major points of interest you must rent a car which is very easy and affordable. Ms Tania greeted us with fresh pears and wine. She was a gracious host and offered us a lot of great advice for our vacation. Highly recommend this place.

Karlien è stata molto gentile fin dal primo momento ed ha seguito fin dai primi momenti la nostra sistemazione. L'alloggio è molto spartano, munito di terrazzo con vista mare, non è distante dalla spiaggia, i letti sono singoli ma uniti in uno matrimoniale e pertanto leggermente scomodi. Il bagno molto semplice senza bidet e con doccia a tendina. Bisogna comunque ammettere che la pulizia non manca: ogni giorno una ragazza si occupava di mettere tutto in ordine e pulire la stanza ed il bagno. Cambio di lenzuola ed asciugamani puntuale a metà settimana. La proprietaria, gentile e riservata, parla inglese in modo comprensibile ed è stata attenta nel risolvere un piccolo problema inerente all'impianto d'illuminazione risolto in modo velocissimo. La privacy non manca e la posizione dell'appartamento anche se non centralissima in Tsilivi è quindi molto tranquilla ma comunque vicina ad ogni servizio: bar, supermarket, taverna. Il servizio di car renting che ci è stato proposto è stato di buona qualità nel rapporto prezzo e condizioni di noleggio. In conclusione una buona soluzione per chi non vuole spendere troppo ed avere comunque una sistemazione dignitosa.

We were very happy about our holidays. Karlien was very nice and helpful. She answered all our questions in a very short time and gave us a lot of important informations. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful balcony with view into the garden. The kitchen was quite small and the use of the cooking plate was a bit tricky because the switcher was broken. Most things for cooking were available. We took from home a cutting board, some sharp knives, a peeler and a dishcloth with us and that was helpful. The shower was great: very warm and a lot of water. The apartment was cleaned every day and nearly every second day we got new towels and bed linen. The great sandy beach with the warm clear water was only about 100m away. We rented a car from Margaris as Karlien recommended us and that was the best decision: Andreas was very helpful and nice. If you want to see something of the island a car is a MUST and there are a lot of gorgeous places! We are already planning a return to Zante and we intend to book this lovely apartment once again :-). Finally I was quite surprised that I found vegan and glutenfree products on Zante which I need for eating.

I arrived early in the morning and Karlien was kind enough to let me check in early. The room is everything you expect from a Greek apartment. Functional and clean. The balcony was private with high sides so you didn't see your neighbours and also had a seaview. Location was perfect for me. A minute walk to the beach and not far from the main road with restaurants and shops but far enough away to be quiet. Would stay here again if I ever visit Zakynthos. Thanks Karlien

Dag Karlien, we hebben toch zeker 100 km in de sneeuw moeten rijden aan 50km/uur. Vrachtwagens werden tegengehouden om niet door te rijden, wij aanvankelijk ook, maar ik zei tourist, English, ... en we mochten voorzichtig doorrijden en moest maar onze 4 richtingaanwijzers aanzetten als we de berg niet op raakten. Was toch een spannende rit, maar toch ruimschoots op tijd gearriveerd. Messini was in ieder geval indrukwekkend groot en mooi! Toch ook nog tot Olympia gereden. Karlien is a worldly and wonderful person with lots of zest for life but very down to earth with her experiences. She picked me up from the airport and gave me all the information I needed. If there is anything you could need she is just a knock away :) the location is nice because you are tucked away from the tourist madness yet still close enough to get what you need and its central to the south and north special spots. Karlien was so lovely coming to collect us from the airport and providing us with great advice for the best local restaurants. The cliff top near the apartment provided the most beautiful sunset watching every night and it was really lovely to be near to but not in the resort of Tsilivi. We would definitely recommend and stay again - Zakynthos is stunning and so easy to explore the whole island from the location with a scooter or car and so near some gorgeous beaches north.

We had a wonderful week in Greece: the island is breath-taking beautiful and the islanders surprisingly welcoming and friendly, Karlien being an absolute example. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and clean, and on top of that, with a magnificent balcony-view (no other buildings to obstruct the view, there is only a tiny road in front of it, and then the edge of a quite high cliff). The closest beach is at few steps away. I would definitely recommend it as a perfect escape for a zen holiday.

Il ns. vacanza settembrina a Zante ci ha veramente soddisfatto! Il tempo è stato inclemente con noi solo 2 gg su 10. L'appartamento di è corrispondente alle foto, spartano ma accogliente e funzionale. Il punto migliore è il balcone con vista mare! Da li abbiamo potuto godere dei bellissimi tramonti di Zante e fare colazione la mattina ammirando il mare. Karlien è molto cordiale e disponibile ci ha consigliato ed aiutato col noleggio auto che ci ha permesso di visitare l'isola in ogni angolo e di godere a pieno di tutte le sue bellissime spiagge. Bella idea la pulizia ed il cambio biancheria ogni tre giorni. Molto gradito l'elenco delle varie taverne greche che ci ha fornito. Esperienza da consigliare;-)”

She also organized a car for us (mr. Andreas, who provided the car, is also genuinely professional, sweet, friendly and just overall a cool guy). We can only thank her and promise we'll come back again :) Renting a car/atv is a must if you want to explore! Beautiful caves, gorgeous views, old villages, cozy beaches with little to no people and other great stuff the island has to offer can (in most cases) be reached only that way.

Karlien é stata molto accogliente e disponibile, fornendoci informazioni interessanti per visitare i punti di interesse più significativi e alcuni ottimi locali. È stata anche molto utile per noleggiare la macchina e prenotare le escursioni in barca, avendo delle conoscenze in loco. L' appartamento é essenziale ma funzionale con una bella vista sul mare e un discreto segnale WiFi. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno é stato soddisfacente, unico neo sono stati alcuni dei vicini, molto rumorosi e maleducati nelle ore notturne. Fortunamente Karlien ha provveduto inizialmente a farglielo notare, e alla fine é stata costretta a mandarli via per la loro insistenza.

We spent 9 days at this place and it proved to be very nice. It was situated ideally, it wasn't in the resort itself where at times it was fairly busy (which is nice if you're out doing touristic shopping, eating or looking for cruise trips) but roughly a km or 2 from it, therefore it's still very accessible but you don't have it in front of your house door. The beach situated nearby was lovely too, most times you could even get a beautiful umbrella for free with it too. The harbour at the beach is small and you see many small fishingboats with fishingmen at work. You have a wonderful sea view from the well sized balcony as well which is nice too.

Here are some words about our stay at La Sapienza: We enjoyed it from the beginning. Yorgos was there when we arrived, and he is a very friendly and nice man. Our room was very nice and clean, with a wonderful view. The breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, choice of 3 different kinds of egg, fresh fruit, marmalade, bread and honey, all served at your table, a good start for the day.Just a short walk to a good beach, and about 20min on foot along the beach to the town with a good variety of restaurants. The whole atmosphere at La Sapienza was friendly and relaxing, it is a place that we can only recommend and I don’t think it is the last time we are there. So we had a very nice holiday, without stress and too much tourists

Went to Zante somewhat spontaneously and chose Theo Beach apartments as the price fitted nicely with our budget and it had nice reviews. The house with the apartments is situated in a chilled out neighborhood with a great view of Kefalonia across the sea from the balcony. A calm beach is some minutes walking distance away which was nice for a night swim. The apartment was clean and functional and the sea breeze chilled it nicely during the night, no need to waste electricy on a noisy AC! We got a great reception by Karlien, who helped us book a rental car (which as many others suggest is good to have on Zante as it is a big Island and you will probably want to explore it and find your own favorite beaches to get the most out of your trip), and book some boat trips. Overall both Karlien and the guys at the car rental was super friendly and helpful! We really felt welcome!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Theo Beach dal 30 giugno al 7 di luglio e abbiamo trascorso davvero una piacevole settimana. Tutto ciò che è descritto nell'annuncio è ampiamente rispettato. Il monolocale è arredato in modo essenziale, fresco e pulito, con un terrazzino vista mare davvero strepitoso! Karlien è stata davvero una Host fantastica, gentile, cordiale e disponibile, ci ha aiutati a noleggiare una macchina e ci ha proposto delle gite in barca davvero interessanti, ben organizzate e a prezzi modici!!! La zona è molto tranquilla e la spiaggia più vicina dista solo 150 mt. e quindi facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Consiglio davvero di prendere una macchina a noleggio o un motorino per girare al meglio l'isola che è davvero meravigliosa e merita una visita approfondita (7 gg sono un po' pochini e passano davvero in fretta!). Torneremo sicuramente su questa meravigliosa isola e soggiorneremo nuovamente da Karlien!!! NB. Abbiamo amato la vista che si godeva dal terrazzo dell'appartamento, la cordialità e la disponibilità dell'host e la zona tranquilla.

We had an awsome holiday at Authentic Greece. Before our trip Karlien was always in contact with us in case we needed anything (e.g car, transfer, etc). Our arrival went very smooth, the welcome of Karlien was lovely. We got suggestions of where to eat, where to shop nearby. The room was basic but it had everything we needed. It is at a quiet area but very close to a busy town where many tavernas, shops and bars are. We really liked it in this way because we loved to sit outside in our balcony and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or a chilled ouzo ;) but afterwards it was good to have a night out at the bars. Airco was not necessary at all because we could open the balcony door and the front door so we could enjoy the natural seabreeze which was actually wonderful. Karlien gave us privacy but in case we needed anything she was always reachable and very friendly. Thank you for the great vacation, we will definitely come back.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Zakynthos und das Apartment (Theo Beach) ist um diesen Preis einfach nur zu empfehlen. Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet,bietet aber alles was man braucht als Selbstversorger. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und ruhig, 5 min zu Fuß zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand mit Strandbar. Wir haben auch über Karlien ein Mietauto gebucht, hat auch alles wunderbar geklappt. Sind vom Flughafen abgeholt worden und der Autovermieter hat uns zu unserem Apartment gebracht. Wenn man die Insel wirklich erkunden will, ist ein Auto auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Apartment buchen und können Karlien und ihr Engagemant nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a lovely stay at the apartments Theo Beach. They were lovely and clean with a fantastic shower. The location is great, close to the beach and tsilivi town, should you need it, via the beach. Some wonderful places to eat nearby like the Donkey Beach Bar and Ellinon Pelagos Tavern (which is amazing food). Karlien was very helpful before and throughout.

Karlien is a great host! The place (Theo Beach) was clean and simple, very basic but close to a beach and a few good restaurants. Balcony overlooking the water with chairs and a table. In my opinion it's good to rent a car on Zakynthos anyways, so its okay--and actually nice--that its not right in town. The town of Planos is a 20ish minute walk by streets or less if you go by way of the beach and get your feet wet. :)

Karlien was an amazing host. She was very responsive, picked me up from the port and even came early (as my ferry was early), she gave me a ride to the excursion she planned for everyone to attend if they wished, and she drove me to the airport! I'm so grateful for all that she did for me! The place is also amazing. It's pretty big especially for one person. There's also a table and vanity in the room which was nice. The kitchenette was perfect; it had anything you really needed. Typical bathroom. The balcony had a very nice view of the sea! And the beach was only 5 min away. I didn't rent a car but was still able to walk to the supermarket, restraunts, bars and stores. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Sono qui al Theo Beach New e tutto è davvero in ordine e fantastico da quando c'è stata la ristrutturazione, davvero un bel salto di qualità!!! Aria condizionata, doccia con le tende, rubinetti nuovi, giardino curato, docce esterne e parcheggio riservato..... Che dire della meravigliosa vista mare da tutte le camere? La spiaggia sotto casa è di sabbia fine con un mare fantastico e a piedi lungo la spiaggia si raggiunge il paese di Tsilivi! Ci sono davvero tutti gli ingredienti per una vacanza fantastica........

Io e il mio compagno siamo appena tornati da una settimana di vacanza al Theo Beach New. Ci avevano fornito le indicazioni per arrivare e siamo arrivati molto facilmente. Gli appartamenti sono molto belli , a soli 150 metri dal mare (molto bella anche la spiaggia) e sono veramente puliti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il verde attorno dove ci siamo rilassati sulle amache messe a disposizione per gli ospiti. Sono in una posizione ideale per visitare l'isola e il paese di Tsilivi è solo a un km di distanza. Si può raggiungere anche dalla spiaggia. Sicuramente torneremo anche l'anno prossimo

Isola splendida in questo periodo dell'anno, esperienza bellissima condivisa con la mia fidanzata. Abbiamo conosciuto molti greci simpatici, cordiali e accoglienti. Il residence Theo Beach è piccolino ma in una posizione invidiabile, panorama magnifico e spiaggia sotto casa, in due passi si è a Tsilivi, paese molto animato, pieno di bar, ristoranti e taverne, tipici del posto. Gli appartamenti erano puliti e con tutto il necessario, davvero da consigliare, parcheggio privato, il wi-fi e un barbeque che abbiamo usato spesso comprando la carne che qui costa davvero poco ed è naturale. Insomma un posto davvero da consigliare!!!

Hoi Karlien, Wij zijn net weer thuis na 10 heerlijke dagen Griekenland. Het was een enerverende trip, heel veel gezien, was echt te gek! Wel redelijk moe, vanmorgen om 3.30 uur opgestaan. We hadden veel mooi weer, zelfs even 22C en heb toen ook een duik in zee genomen. Voor ons en de kinderen was Olympia toch wel het hoogtepunt, heel erg mooi al die historie. De hotels waren heel prima, en in Kalamata en Olympia gewoon echt heel goed. Lekker en goed eten ook in deze hotels. Yonda en ik vonden Nafplio ook heel erg leuk, hier en in de omgeving ervan hadden we misschien wel een dag meer tijd willen hebben. Athene moesten we natuurlijk ook gezien hebben, en dan vooral voor de Akropolis, maar verder toch niet zo ons ding, veel te druk (zie ook de negatieve ervaring even verderop). Leuk was in hotel Londen op einde van de trip dat ze vanmorgen om 4 uur al gewoon ontbijt hadden klaargezet (zoiets had ik nog nooit meegemAakt). Bijna alles ging helemaal goed, behalve dat Yonda in Athene een hondebeet opliep en van schrik haar enkel zwaar blesseerde (in ziekenhuis bleek dat het gelukkig niet gebroken was ...) en in Kalamata haar portemonnee is kwijtgeraakt. Maar dit alles heeft de pret gelukkig niet bedorven. Dit was voor ons een reisje om nooit te vergeten. Bedankt voor de organisatie!
